Sentrix provides security-operations and detection-engineering assistance. Generated rules, analysis, mappings, and response recommendations require qualified human review and testing before production use.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, abuse service limits, submit unlawful data, interfere with other tenants, or use Sentrix to facilitate harmful activity.

Accounts

Sentrix is provided free of charge. Users are responsible for account security and authorized use. Service availability is best-effort with no SLA.

Limitations

No detection or AI system guarantees complete security. Customers remain responsible for security decisions, incident response, regulatory obligations, backups, and validation of deployed content.
