Sentrix processes account identity, workspace configuration, detection content, security telemetry submitted by customers, usage records, billing identifiers, and security audit data to provide and protect the service.

Customer responsibility

Customers must have authority to submit security telemetry and must avoid unnecessary personal data or secrets. AI providers and configured integrations may process submitted content according to the deployment configuration.

Security and retention

Access is restricted through authentication, row-level security, server-side authorization, scoped credentials, and audit logging. Retention and deletion requirements should be defined contractually before enterprise production use.
